What should I do to prepare for my first service?
Before your first service, please ensure that all gates are accessible so our team can begin work without delay. Make sure all pets are safely secured away from the work area, and that there are no obstacles or blockages that might restrict our team from completing the job efficiently and safely.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
We do our best to continue working through light weather conditions. However, for safety precautions and to ensure quality results, we may need to postpone service during heavy rain or severe weather. If conditions prevent us from safely or effectively completing a job, we’ll contact you to reschedule your service for the next available date when it’s safe to work.
Do you offer one-time services or only recurring maintenance?
